Decorative Concrete Flatwork / Foreman

Construction Division


We are currently seeking a experienced hands on Concrete Flatwork foreman. SSG offers competitive pay and does not take any short cuts. We believe in providing quality work. We supply all necessary tools and equipment needed for the position. We do provide transportation from our main office to the job site.

We need someone with top-notch finishing and communication skills. You will need to be on jobsites, directing, laboring and working with crews. You must be able to communicate well with others and have good work ethic. This position requires you to be self-motivated and be able to work well with others. Minimum experience of 10 years. You must be a skilled at placement, joint layout and finisher as this is a working position. Certification a plus, but not necessary. Must be capable of understanding, speaking & reading English, Spanish a plus. Clean driving record and driver’s license required.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or higher required.
  • Minimum 10 years experience.
  • Initiative and self-starter.
  • Proven work performance.
  • Employment history.
  • Team player, flexible with the ability to multi-task.
  • Communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to evaluate and perform tasks.
  • Get positive results quickly.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Dependable.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
