We / I do hereby grant permission to "South Shore Gunite Pool & Spa, Inc." and/or their subcontractors, to use our property for access in order to construct a Swimming Pool for the above pool buyer.

It is understood that " South Shore Gunite Pool & Spa, Inc " will use reasonable caution while using my property and will clean up all construction related debris upon completion of the Swimming Pool.

It is understood that the POOL BUYER accepts full responsibility for any and all damage done to landscaping, which includes but not limited to: sprinkler lines, drip lines, sprinkler system wiring, shrubs, grass, landscaping materials, any and all kinds of landscaping border (redwood, bricks, etc.) on the portion of property used for access.
