Gunite swimming pool, commercial grade package meets or exceeds all
state building codes, health requirements and specifications for Public and Semi
Public aquatic facilities.
Pricing and specifications:
New Construction or replacement $78,500.°° firm.
This package does not include existing pool removal, demolition or remodel prep work.
Winterization, winter cover and fill water can be substituted with a Raypak
RP2100 ASME 407K natural or propane heater not including gas supply or hook up.
Some restrictions and price changes may apply due to site and/or location conditions,
local and state regulations. Construction can begin within 14 days of permitting weather permitting.
All pool and deck construction work will be completed by trained and certified
South Shore Gunite inhouse crews. Pool shape can be rectangle or have a freeform
layout but can not exceed 824 sq. ft. of water surface area, and not more than
130' of total waterline perimeter. Call or use contact button on left to discuss
your project in further detail. Additional or upgraded finish decking can be added for
current standard price per sq ft. or upgraded finish sq. ft. price.
